My stay at Alma Del Lago Suites & Spa was enjoyable overall, thanks to the stunning views of the lake and a spacious room. However, the lack of air conditioning and limited breakfast options were disappointing. The staff's service was less engaging than expected, which added to the mixed feelings about the experience.
